How to prepare your organization for the Talent Renaissance

Fireside chat with Brandon Sammut (Zapier)

Talent Renaissance

The balance of power between employees and employers is tipping. Is your organization prepared?

As companies struggle to decide whether employees should stay remote, hybrid or go back to the office, the balance of power continues to tip in favor of employees. More and more organizations are having trouble filling their open positions.

Though many have tried to explain why this has been happening, it is clear that rules of the game have changed and that a wide range of options have unfolded before the US workforce. Workers are now more likely to quit to find a better job or strike to improve their working conditions at their current company.

It’s fair to say that it’s not just that employees are more comfortable switching careers or taking collective action. People leaders and Executives are feeling the pressure to do more for workers in light of the coronavirus.

Brandon Sammut, Chief People Officer at Zapier called this shift a Talent Renaissance.

Join Brandon and Tyler Muse as they discuss the implications, challenges and opportunities of this new shift in paradigm, and what organizations have to do to keep up with the change and embrace this workplace innovation.
